One of the dominant forces in UK techno and breaks, the Holding Hands imprint has emerged with talent like Adam Pits, Gallegos, Kessler, & more alongside consistent powerhouse releases from DSC himself. Expect wubby techno, breaks, and all things rattly! One of our picks for the week.

The monthly nutters Volens Chorus party returns for March with a riot of footwork, ghetto tech, juke trax, & more featuring WBBR, Kakano, and the Volens residents. If you haven't experienced the Volens Chorus parties yet, do yourself a favour and re-energize your week.

The ferocious SSL XL initiates a DnB/ 170 special this Friday with an ever stacked line-up ready to pulsate on the Messenger Sound System. SSL regulars Mrs. Magoo, The General, DJ Void, and Skillis himself bring the noise with an exciting b2b with local heavy-hitters 170 Lex and Kaydee. Brother Most Righteous and Steadfast Sylvatica bring the reggae, roots, and dub session to room 2.

The monthly Miss World party continues to pull out some of the best bookings in the city. Their March edition sees Rinse FM and Fabric resident Jossy Mitsu take the Sneaky's sweatbox for an evening of leftfield techno and chubby breaks alongside the Miss world ressies. Mutiny returns to the capital with an onslaught of amen breaks and ruthless jungle. A ruff 'n' tuff lineup featuring Duburban, Jahganut, Simply Dread, Tony Jungle, & Jamin Nimjah set to test the sound barriers with jungletek & DnB.

The constant capital groovers Samedia Shebeen are back at Mash this Saturday with Angolan and Polish duo Lua Preta. Together with MC Ms. Gia and selector Mentalcut, the pair are set to bring a joyous mix of afrobeat and electronic delights alongside the Samedia familiars.

Palidrone's first Sneaky's appearance of the year sees them team up with Glasgow based imprint Schematic. Residents from both sides will go head to head dishing out fierceful electro, techno and hybrid club tracks with top selectors like J Wax, Dansa, Koran, & DDSIX all making appearances.

An evening featuring pretty much everything as Hinkin & Drinkin amalgamate sustainable fashion, live bands and DJ's for a communal party at the Teviot Underground. A first opportunity to shop the new HINK clothing label alongside a plethora of music spanning new wave, psyche rock, afrobeat, & techno from bands and selectors from across the city! All spare income from the night will also be donated to a local mental health charity. A very interesting addition to the schedule in the city this week.
